Customer Support & Access Policy

At Technoverse, we are committed to ensuring every customer gets proper access and support for their purchased products. To maintain fairness and efficiency, we’ve established the following policy regarding product access and support:

  3. Support Cut-off Period

    • Beyond 15 days from the purchase date, we cannot resend the product, re-issue access, or provide downloads again.

Scope of Services & Deliverables Policy

Customized Services Support Policy

    3. After Support Period: Beyond 3 months, we cannot provide additional revisions, redeliverables, or free follow-up support. Any further work requested will be considered a new engagement and billed accordingly.
